Swing & Swing Class

 

An exciting new class that provides golfers a very fun and effective new way to train for golf!  Improve flexibility, balance, fitness level, upper/lower body strength, endurance and core strength.  This specialty aqua class combines cardiovascular and strength training workouts to enhance your overall level of fitness and endurance. 

 

Location:  Oakridge Fitness Center Pool A

Staff:  Greg/Mannie with Mike Morgan and Jim Sykes as guest visitors

Cost: $12

Dates and Times: Saturdays starting January 7th from 10:30-11:30am
