Golf Conditioning and Stretch Classes at the Oakridge Fitness Center
Golf Conditioning: Exercise and strengthen to help enhance your fitness for your game. Get stronger for endurance, get more flexible for a better rotation, become more aware of body mechanics and be less prone to injury. Open to all fitness levels. Golf Flexibility: Experience flexibility stretching, dynamic stretching and long/lean stretching all necessary for a part of a well—rounded fitness program. Increase circulation and minimize aches and pains from this hour of class. Offered with Darlene Chandler Thursdays 3:00-4:00pm at the Fitness Center. $7.25/class or packages available.
